SAT Sandwich


Sprouts, Avocado & Tomato Sandwich

Gather:
Purple:     red onion
Green:     avocado, sprouts, pickle relish
Red:        tomato
White:     Nayonnaise
Brown:     Dave's Killer POWERSEED high fiber bread, A-1 sauce
and:        Bragg's Sprinkle and pepper

Custard cup:
Mix 1 t pickle relish, 1 t Nayonnaise and dash of A-1 sauce

Chop:
2 slices of a tomato, 2 onion rings, 1/2 avocado

Spread pickle relish mixture onto 2 bread slices.
Add sprouts, avocado, tomatoes and onion rings.
Top with a dash of Bragg's Sprinkle and pepper.

Serves 1 sandwich.  Great for a Saturday.
